Fintech Implementation Success: An Integrated DOI–RBV Perspective

Fintech Implementation is crucial for economic growth and performance for any financial institution. Fintech success drivers impacting implementation remain underexplored in India. Prior studies have focused more on consumer adoption, using models- TAM and UTAUT. This study focuses on Fintech success drivers from an industry perspective, examining the influence on earnings and growth as performance indicators through an integrated Diffusion of Innovation Theory and Resource-Based View theory, capturing both external diffusion and internal resources. The research analyses a primary survey of Fintech experts across diverse sectors in India. The DOI–RBV implementation success model provides policymakers, fintech practitioners, and financial institutions with actionable insights for sustainable development.
